Right to cancel

COMPLAINT POLICY

  • Prepare all necessary documents, i.e., proof of purchase, photos of the claimed product, and a detailed description of the defect. This will significantly speed up the processing time.

  • Contact us by phone at +48 (34) 353 08 31 or by email at: polmar@polmarprofil.pl. Our advisor will answer all your questions.

  • You must arrange a courier on your own. Shipping costs will be refunded upon the approval of your complaint (the refunded amount corresponds to the cheapest delivery method offered). We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) parcels.

  • Please remember to properly secure the package against damage during transport. Send the parcel to: Polmar Profil Sp. z o.o., ul. Powstańców Śląskich 64, 42-700 Lubliniec, Poland.

  • PLEASE NOTE! Unauthorized alterations and modifications to the products may void the buyer's right to file a complaint.

  • Updates on the process: The customer will be informed about the progress of the complaint via email.

  • Resolution: Once the complaint is approved, the replaced or repaired product will be sent back via a courier company. Personal pickup at the company's headquarters is possible upon prior arrangement.

RETURN POLICY (Withdrawal from the contract)

  • Consumer Returns: A consumer may return the goods within 14 days from the date of receiving the order by withdrawing from the contract. To do so, please fill out the return form and send it promptly along with the returned goods to: Polmar Profil Sp. z o.o., ul. Powstańców Śląskich 64, 42-700 Lubliniec, Poland. If you have any questions, please contact us by phone at +48 (34) 353 08 31 or by email at polmar@polmarprofil.pl. Please pack the parcel securely before shipping.

  • Refunds: The purchase costs (along with the cost of the cheapest available delivery method to the Customer) will be refunded within 14 days from the date we receive the return shipment, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

  • B2B NOTICE! In accordance with current legal regulations, a customer who is an Entrepreneur (making a purchase of a professional nature for their business activity) does not have the right to withdraw from the Agreement with the Seller without providing a reason.
