Slight differences in shade and color intensity between individual production batches are permitted. They result from the natural tolerances of the production process, raw material properties, and processing conditions. These differences fall within the manufacturer's quality standards and do not constitute grounds for a complaint.

It is recommended to install material from a single production batch on a single wall surface or within a single room.

Products should be stored and installed at a temperature between +15°C and +30°C. Before installation, it is recommended to acclimatize the material for a minimum of 24 hours in the room where it will be used.

Any visible mechanical damage, color, dimensional, or quantitative discrepancies must be reported before starting the installation. Starting the installation implies acceptance of the delivered product and its visual parameters.
