In the past two weeks, at PolmarProfil we achieved something that, just a few years ago, was only an ambitious goal for many companies. Our wall panels were manufactured using 100% solar energy — with no CO₂ emissions associated with the production process.

For us, this is not only a reason to be proud, but above all a real step toward responsible and modern manufacturing.

 

 

For years, we have been developing our technological processes to make them increasingly efficient, safe, and environmentally friendly. In recent weeks, all the energy required for production came from our own photovoltaic installation. As a result, we were able to carry out production using clean solar energy, reducing our environmental impact to an absolute minimum.

In modern industry, ecology cannot be just a marketing slogan. For us, it means concrete actions and responsibility at every stage of production. That is why an equally important part of our process is the reuse of production waste.

 

 

 

 

 

The material generated during processing is returned to the production cycle and reused in the manufacturing process. This allows us to reduce waste and make the maximum use of available raw materials.

We believe that the future of industry belongs to companies that can combine high product quality with environmental responsibility. Clean energy, material recycling, and conscious manufacturing are the direction we are consistently pursuing.

This is only the beginning of further initiatives aimed at achieving even greater energy efficiency and further reducing the environmental impact of production.
